3 Beauty Tips For Acne Sufferers

Skin that produces excess oil is more likely to suffer from acne. It does not matter if the surface of your skin is dehydrated with fine lines because of the excessive drying of the products you have used in the past to dry the pimples. If oil glands are beneficial, pores can easily become clogged with dirt and oil. Bacteria breed in this concoction giving you an infection and this corresponding inflammation that we know as acne.

So, if you have a problem with pimples, these are the 3 best things you can do about them.

1. Hide the button if necessary.

Do you have a date or a presentation? Here's how you can minimize a big button. Ice it. Take an ice cube and hold it against the red, hot spot to bring down the redness. Then, dab on a button treatment. Let it flow before applying a little concealer with a fine brush, directly on this spot. Then apply your makeup as usual. In fact, it is best to go bare, without makeup as much as possible, with only the pimple treatments on the zits. At least until they clear up.

2. Look at your pores.

Acne begins with clogged pores, so unclogging them. Use a clay mask twice or three times a week to thoroughly clean your face. Wash your face 3 times a day with an antibacterial facial cleanser. For pore cleansing, AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acid) is fantastic. It gets rid of dead skin cells that would otherwise clog the pores. In fact, skin doctors administratively open the pores completely. Salicylic acid is another ingredient to watch out for as it opens the pores too.

3. Avoid rich skincare products.

Rich moisturizing creams, especially those based on cream can very well clog your skin. It does not matter how old you are. This ultra-rich anti-aging cream is likely to cause a new rash or worsen your acne. A better bet is to use a water based moisturizing gel if you really need moisture. Stick to products that are not comedogenic so that you do not clog your skin again.
