All About Facial Skin Care

Facial skin care is more a question of discipline than anything else. A facial skin care routine is what you need (and you must follow the facial skin care routine with complete seriousness). So let's check what makes an effective facial skin care routine. Well, very simply, a facial care routine can follow the following 4 steps:

-Washing

-Toning

-Exfoliating

-Moisturizing

Cleaning is the first thing in the facial care routine. Cleaning helps to remove dust, pollutants, grease and extra oil from your skin, thus preventing damage to your skin. Just spot your face and neck with a good lotion or cleansing cream and gently massage into your skin using upward movements. Use a soft tissue or wadding to wipe your face by tapping lightly (do not rub). The cleaning should be done at least twice a day, that is, in the morning (as part of the complete facial skin care routine) and in the evening (as a standard). Water-soluble cleansers are best for inclusion in your facials routine.

Toning is the next in a facials routine. However, this is the optional part of the facial skin care routine. Most of the time, a good cleaning can compensate the toning. Toner helps remove all traces of dirt, grease and excess cleaner. Instead of being part of your daily facial skin care routine, you can use toning occasionally, that is, when you have been exposed to a particularly harsh environment / pollution.

Exfoliation is still, in a way, an optional step in the daily routine for facials. However, exfoliation is necessary at least once a week (or twice, depending on skin type and environmental conditions). Exfoliation finds its place in the routine of facial skin care because of the natural sensitivity of the skin to replenish skin cells every 3 or 4 weeks. As a facial skin care technique, exfoliation helps remove dead skin cells that block pores, thus helping the skin in the natural process. However, excessive or hard exfoliation can cause damage to your skin; so you have to balance it.

The next thing in facial skin care is hydration. In fact, hydration is the most important part of the facial care routine. Moisturizers prevent your skin from drying out. Dry skin is really undesirable because it causes the skin to rupture from the top layer, leading to dead skin cells. Again, use light strokes upward to make the moisturizer more effective. Moisturizers work best when applied to warm, moist skin. So, do not try to remove any moisture in the previous steps of the facial care routine.

In addition to the usual routine of facials, you should also follow the following tips for facials:

-Use a proper makeup remover instead of just washing it

-Take into account your type of skin and environment, when choosing skin care products.

-Before you start using a new facial skin care product, test it by applying it to a small part of the skin, such as the ear lobes.

-Never rub your skin too hard.

-Use sunscreen lotions for protection against the sun.
