Taking good care of our skin is definitely a must in our lives. Excessive exposure to the sun and the air can greatly harm our skin if we do not take good care of it. Especially when you are about to leave your home, do not forget to wear sunscreen to protect your skin from the radicals. Makeup and dirt should be cleaned before going to sleep so that our skin can breathe freely.
The most basic skin care regimen must be maintained every day. Here are the 3 simple steps for a clear and successful skin.
Clean your face at least twice a day. Preferably once in the morning and once at night. Use a proper cleanser for your face. If your skin is dry, you can use a milk-based cleanser or more moisturizer. If your skin is oily and prone to breakouts, you can use a cleanser containing tea tree. Always clean your face in circular motions, avoid using the same cleanser on your eyes as the skin of our eyes is always more elaborate. Excessive or careful washing using the same cleanser around the eye area will result in the formation of wrinkles. Rinse your face with water and make sure there is no trace of soap on your face.
Use a good toner. Dip your cotton with toner and slide it on your face. Toner is great for removing stubborn makeup or dirt that is still on your face. Especially people with acne skin should take extra precautions on the toning part. It will also help eliminate any trace of fat on your face.
Moisturizer is very important. It will ensure that our skin is maintained at the most optimal level. Many people with oily skin have thought that they can skip the moisturizer because they feel that putting more moisturizer will make their skin look more oily. This is a very bad design. When your skin is moisturized and moist, the sebaceous gland does not need to work too much to produce natural oil. Overproduction of oil will cause clogging of your pores and thus cause more pimples or acne. People with oily skin can use an oil-free moisturizer.
In addition to this basic skin care regimen, you can apply tasks once or twice a week. Drink more water, fruits and vegetables. All this definitely benefits your skin.
