Every woman wants to be beautiful and works hard to reach her full potential. There are tons of cosmetics as well as natural means that are available on the market for women to be at their best. o Want a glowing and healthy skin? Eat well! Vitamin C is probably the most important vitamins of healthy skin. Carrots, leafy green vegetables, olive oil, flax seeds and avocados are all good skin enhancers.

o Apply a good moisturizer. Make sure you use the right moisturizer for your skin type. Find out if you have normal, dry, oily, sensitive or mature skin and choose the best moisturizer for you.

o Keep a nice, bright smile. White and healthy teeth are a great reminder of confidence. If you start with a not-so-bright smile, use a teeth whitening kit, or whiten your teeth professionally. To keep your new smile radiant, brush and floss regularly (2-3 times a day) and see the dentist at least once a year.

o Avoid tanning and use a sunless tanner to keep your skin healthy.

o Get rid of cellulite by doing daily exercises and using a good quality cellulite cream. It must not be expensive or painful. Just add some squats to your morning routine and smooth the cream after the shower.

o Keep your hair healthy and shiny by eating well. Some foods will give your hair that extra boost they need to look their best. Salmon, dark green vegetables, beans, nuts, poultry, eggs, oysters, carrots and whole grains are all good foods to add to your daily diet.

o Do you have puffy eyes? Try some homemade home remedies: slices of cucumber or cold potatoes, fresh and cold strawberries, spoons left overnight in the freezer, and chilled tea bags, all done wonders. Choose the remedy you prefer (I love tea bags), put your head back and place your product of choice on your eyes and simply relax for about 15 or 20 minutes. You will look like a new woman!

o Get luscious lips by exfoliating, moisturizing and opting for lighter lip shades than darker ones (professionals say "light things seem to be enlarged"). Plus, after applying the color of your lips, try applying a little clear gloss to the center of the upper and lower lip to get an extra pout effect.

o Dandruff can sometimes be painful. Get a good weekly or bi-weekly dandruff shampoo. If your dandruff is still bad, consult a doctor about a prescription shampoo to add to your routine.

o Keep beautiful manicured nails by pruning them often, keeping cuticles and hands well moisturized.

o Do you have rough feet? Keep your feet soft with a night cream and a good scrub of rock and salt in the shower.
