Beauty can be defined in different ways; for some it simply means the state of being pleasing to the eyes while for others it is something that brings a feeling of sweetness to the heart. For others, it could be a sound or touch that soothes the soul; true beauty in the current sense encompasses all this and even more, for example a person may be pleasing in appearance but in speech and action the opposite may be the case that clearly the person can not really to be described as beautiful, say that you were asked by the police to describe a thug who just assaulted you under the threat of a perfectly fine weapon will not come in your description of the thug, no matter to which point he seems to be beautiful.
Now we know what beauty is really the next step is to establish how we get it or where it comes from. The simple truth is that everything has been created beautiful, beauty is in us, and all around us, as nature has given us so much. In fact, our very nature as human beings is beautiful and for some beauty is displayed effortlessly while others need to do a little to show it. That said, everyone is intrinsically beautiful. Take a piece of diamond for example until it is cut and polished, it could just as easily be a piece of rock. The gold and silver must be refined to bring out their true beauty, it is in us all to be beautiful but to achieve true, total and all-encompassing beauty there must be a form of 39; improvement. It reminds me of the story of Cinderella and her horrible half-sisters. The half-sisters had the best of outer finery, but they refused to embellish those who came from within because they were ugly. Cinderella, on the other hand, had beauty in her, which allowed the fairy to turn her into a real gem. So, if we are all inherently beautiful, why do we have to improve it? The simple truth is that it adds value to our being and when that value is added, people tend to appreciate us more, people want to love us more and I do not know anyone in this life who does not want to be loved and appreciated. Many manufacturers, advertisers and traders understand this concept, that is why the manufacturer wants to produce the best quality of a product and advertisers and traders, it is well packaged and displayed to the public . How then can we enhance our inherent beauty and attain that true, total and all-encompassing beauty?
1. The first key is in our attitudes, we must recognize that we are intrinsically beautiful and that this is reflected in our attitude towards life, the people around us, the world we live in and all that is who finds it. Nobody could pick up a certain piece of rock and he does not recognize that while he is pruned and polished this rock is a gem, he can just throw it into a pond. In the same vein, if we do not realize that beauty is in us, our attitude towards life and the various problems will tend to become deformed, we devalue ourselves in our relationships, our places of work and all other activites. To be really beautiful, we must have the right attitudes, think positively and especially recognize the beauty that is in us.
2. The next is a healthy lifestyle, to be really beautiful, we must live a healthy life; it is useless to have a nice appearance while we are killing ourselves with our way of life. The food we eat, the amount of rest, the recreation, the exercise and the way we socialize are important factors here. Our lifestyles may be such that we are busy or we find that it is too difficult to balance all these factors, for example in the case of a balanced diet, we sometimes find it difficult no because we can not afford it, but because the time and knowledge needed to put it in place are not there, especially in the modern world where we live where there is an abundance of junk food. This can however be corrected with the use of nutritional supplements. However, one must strive to maintain a healthy lifestyle and the key word here is moderation.
3. Finally, we look at the external ornament, it refers to the clothes, perfumes, cosmetics and accessories that we wear to enhance our beauty. In this case, there is no perfect solution, which suits you may not suit me, what is important is to be comfortable with what you wear. Avoid appearing too dressed or painted like a doll; Make sure everything you wear adds to your self-esteem.
Beauty can be perceived in different ways, but to be described as truly beautiful, it involves a combination of different aspects of beauty. We are all intrinsically beautiful, but we need to enhance this raw beauty so that we add value to our being. It makes us better appreciate and love. The enhancement of beauty can be achieved by recognizing our inherent beauty and allowing that to be reflected in our attitudes; lead a healthy lifestyle and use appropriate clothing and accessories. I've heard that beauty is relative, which is nice for one person is not for another, it may be ok for physical appearances but with regard to beauty, true beauty I do not agree at all. True beauty is absolute, that is either you have it or not and it is achieved by enhancing its inherent beauty.
