Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Apples
6 boneless and skinless breast halves
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 packet (6 ounces) whole wheat or chicken flour
1 cup of chopped and peeled apple
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup of nuts
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1/2 cup of apple jelly
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Slice each chicken breast horizontally in the middle, almost until the end, leaving one end together to create a stuffing area. Lightly pat each piece to flatten a bit and brush the olive oil on the outside of each piece. Put aside.
Prepare the stuffing mixture following the instructions on the package. Add the apple, celery, nuts, raisins and lemon peel to the stuffing already prepared.
Spread the stuffing mixture evenly in 6 portions and garnish each breast with the stuffing mixture. Place the stuffed meat in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Put aside.
In a saucepan, combine apple jelly, lemon juice and cinnamon; bring to a boil, and cook uncovered for 3 minutes. Brush about half of the jelly enamel on top of each piece of poultry
Cook the chicken, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40 minutes; then pour the remaining apple frost icing on each breast and bake for about 20 minutes more (a total of 1 hour of cooking)
Chicken breasts stuffed with pineapple
6 boneless breasts and without skin
2 tablespoons of butter
1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
1/2 medium red pepper, chopped
2/3 / cup of hot water
1 packet (6 ounces) whole wheat or stuffing with ordinary chicken flavor
1 (8-1 / 4 ounce size) can crushed pineapple (drained, but keep the liquid for glaze)
Empty pineapple, reserving the liquid. Put aside.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour
Creamy chicken breasts
6 boneless skinless breasts
1 (10-3 / 4 ounces) cream of mushrooms or chicken cream
16 ounces of sour cream
1 pk. tablespoon dry onion soup mix
Spray the jug jug and place the breasts in the slow cooker. Mix the remaining ingredients. Pour over the chicken.
Cover and cook over low heat for 6 hours
Cranberry chicken breasts
NOTE: It is better to start the day before

1 (16 ounces) whole cranberries
1 bottle (8 oz) Russian Vinaigrette
1 pk. tablespoon dry onion soup mix
Spray the jug jug and place the chicken in the slow cooker. Mix cranberry sauce, salad dressing and soup mix and pour over chicken.
Cover and chill in refrigerator 2-8 hours or overnight
After marinating in refrigerator, cook covered for 6 hours
