7 Beauty Tips For Acne Prone Skin

Acne. I hate the boy. These buttons pop up all over my face in my teens. Even now, I'm having acne outbreaks when I'm stressed, or I'm using the wrong skin care product. I went to see many doctors who are able to eliminate my acne until the next epidemic.

Part of the reason is oily skin. Oily skin that traps dirt and debris from the skin that clogs pores makes your skin an excellent breeding ground for bacteria. The bacteria multiplies and you're done. You have acne.

All is not lost. If you have oily skin that is anterior to acne, here are 7 beauty tips to help keep pimples.

1. Keep your hands on your face.

You hands, after touching so many things, open the door, pick up a bag, the things we do every day, are covered with bacteria. The last thing you want is to put this bacteria on your face. Touch your face often with your hands, or even worse, choose these buttons with your fingers, and you will see the buttons grow.

2. Keep your hair from your face.

If you have oily skin, you probably have oily hair. Brush with oily hair against your face adds to the oil. Oil, sweat and skin debris are a great way to clog the pores of your skin, leading to more pimples. If you notice pimples appearing on your forehead, or on your cheeks and chin, usually where your hair can graze, your hair may be the culprit. Wear a headband, use hair clips to keep your hair from your face, tie it in a ponytail, or get a haircut.

3. Wash your face 3 times a day with a good cleanser for acne.

I received this advice from a doctor. I washed my face when I woke up, at lunch time and at bedtime with a cleanser that is meant for skin that has acne. My skin was thinned when I stayed on the routine and used only skin care products for skin with acne. A bar of soap for washing your face is just as good.

4. Stick to acne skin care

Whenever I get misled from this point, I end up with a major acne outbreak. Always. Whenever I see my mates with exceptionally radiant skin, I want to use everything that they use. I would like to move to richer and anti-aging skin care as a preventative measure, worried about the appearance of wrinkles when I get older. Who turns against each time. I find myself with more buttons. Stick to the right skin care products from acne [http://www.everythingbeauty.info/acne.htm].

5. Relax

Have you noticed how pimples tend to appear further before a stressful event. Examinations. A big date. A presentation. Stress is wreaking havoc on your skin. Ok, pimples can also appear due to hormonal imbalances, like just before your period.

6. Sleep

Your skin heals itself when you sleep. Your whole body heals itself in your sleep. A sleepless night can lead to more pimples. Make it a habit to leave your worries behind and have a good night's sleep. Train earlier in the day. Exercise before the evening. It helps.

7. Stay away from the pressed compact powder.

Yup. You heard me of course. I had this advice from a friend. Her friend used a pressed powder tablet to hide her acne. Instead, the more she used it, the worse it was. Just think. In the middle of the day, your skin becomes oily. You take out the compact powder, and use this puff to apply pressed powder on your face. Now your face would already have dirt, bacteria and oil on it. Pat your face with this puff and now this puff picks up dirt, bacteria and oil. You put it back in the compact. The bacterium breeds happily here. Then you remove the compact and pat more powder, mixed with oil, dirt and bacteria on your face, pick up more dirt, putting more dirt in your compact. The cycle continues. A better bet would be to use blotting paper to mop up the excess oil instead. Then you can discard the paper after use. . About this puff, make a point to wash your puff and all your makeup brushes regularly, with water and soap. Then, dry them thoroughly before keeping them. Guess who would make it an 8th tip, is not it?

Oily, acne skin skin needs a lot of care. The good thing is that oily skin is slower to show signs of aging than dry skin. Take care of your skin and you will probably look younger than your peers over the decades.
