Acne Simple Solution and Prevention – 7 Tips to Follow


Acne is caused by additional sebaceous glands that result in the formation of hair follicles. When these sebaceous glands become too active during hormonal changes, this creates a skin disorder called acne.

Acne can be embarrassing and make you feel bad and uncomfortable. I canceled dates and saved by apologizing to my friends as a result of my acne problem that I had in the past.

2. Do not tighten your buttons. This can cause pus in your acne to grow deeper into the skin and cause cystic acne. I agree that it's hard not to press, but you have to try not to do it.

3. Do not approach where food is fried. When you fry foods in fat, fat deposits on the skin. This increases your chances of getting clogged pores.

4. Remove makeup before going to bed every night and wash your face with lukewarm water.

5. Always drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. The water cleans the body of unwanted toxins and keeps the body healthy.

6. Avoid stressing yourself so much about your condition of acne. Have fun with your friends and family while enjoying your social life.
