Acne Treatment Diet – 3 Foods to Avoid Like the Plague

Acne is not a picnic. There is no better way to say it. Sometimes I want acne to be a real person so I can hurt them! In this article, I will tell you about 3 foods that are actually known to make your condition worse and make it worse, so that you can try to calm them down or completely remove them from your diet. I will also tell you about an acne treatment diet that you can follow to get rid of your acne for good.

Growing up with acne, I heard all the myths and rumors about what caused and did not happen. The most common of these myths was the old "acne is caused by dirt". The reality of the situation is that acne has very little to do with dirty habits. There are many people with acne who have very clean habits, just as there are very dirty people who have never had pimples or blackheads all their lives.

The truth is that what you put in your body has a lot more to it with your acne condition than what you put on it. So, without further ado, let's examine three candidates to avoid when trying to follow an acne treatment regimen.

First of all, I would like to talk to you about a little popular dish called chocolate. The culprit at work here is a common stimulant known as caffeine, and if it's allowed, caffeine will aggravate your endless acne condition. Please note that with the proper acne treatment regime, caffeine (and therefore chocolate) in moderation is not a big problem.

Another food that can sometimes make acne worse is tomato. Tomatoes are a double-edged sword. On the one hand, they are perfect for you. On the other hand, the high amounts of acid do not exactly help your skin. My recommended action plan is to continue eating tomatoes, but be sure to follow a general acne treatment regimen like the one I will talk about later.

Dark colas often pose a big problem. They are filled with harmful additives that are sure to aggravate acne, so if you drink dark soft drinks, eliminate them immediately and see if that improves your condition.

patients are only half the equation. To be truly cured of acne, you must follow a strict acne treatment regimen. Just as the foods you put in your body can have a negative effect on your acne, the right foods can also have a very positive effect.
