It is always a safe bet to stick to a brand of skin care – False.

It is absolutely good to mix different brands together. However, you must take care not to have any common features or to overlap. For example, you have two products with BHA properties [beta hydroxyl acids] even if you promise something else, it is a waste of money because you do not have one. need only one. On the other hand, if your skin breaks, it will be hard to find the cause because you are using more than one brand.

Too much coffee can burst the skin – False.

Nothing you drink or eat can cause acne. Caffeine can be consumed, but it is advisable to limit it to one or two cups. The reason being, the more cups you have, the more your nerves will begin to work. This in turn will add to the level of overall stress that causes an adverse reaction to the skin.

Exposure to the sun is always bad – False.

The sun offers vitamin D that helps strengthen bones and teeth and helps with the absorption of calcium. In fact, going out in the sun for a few minutes is good for you. But, never go out without any protection. Use sunscreen as long as you are in the sun.

Whitening products are just an eye wash – False.

Melanin is the pigment in our skin that is produced by specialized skin cells called melanocytes. Bleaching agents, such as kojic acid or hydroquinone powder, decrease the production giving the impression that the skin is more beautiful. Here the whitening products work!

A small amount of rashes after a facial is perfectly fine – False.

Rashes occur only when the products are not suitable for the skin. Check with your beautician and find out what she is using. If she says it's completely normal and there's no reason to worry, then it's better to replace it.
