Beauty Tips – How to Prevent Eye Wrinkles

Have you ever wondered how your eye bags are more prone to wrinkles than the skin of other parts of your body? This is because the delicate tissue that surrounds the eye does not have oil glands. The oil produced from these glands is essential to keep your skin moist and supple, hence this area around the eyes should be taken care of.

As you get older, you tend to expose your eyes to the sun's harmful UV rays, making the skin even more sensitive and thin, making wrinkles appear more easily. However, there are a few things you can do to protect this delicate skin tissue.

Having a healthy tan may look good now, but it really speeds up the aging process. Of course, some sun is good, but always protect your skin by using good quality, high-factor sunscreen. Do not forget to reapply sunscreen every two hours or so and stick to a 30 SPF sunscreen.

Now the skin around your eyes is so delicate, so it is recommended to wear a pair of sunglasses whenever you are exposed to strong sunlight. A pair of high quality sunglasses with UV reflective lenses should always be worn. Stay away from cheap stuff as they do not work very well and can damage your eyes in the process.

Rosehip oil is one of nature's best anti-wrinkles. Many women have seen great improvements in using it to fight wrinkles. Try adding a few drops of rose hip oil around the eye area before sleeping at night. This will help keep the skin moist and protected, and it is especially good if you live in areas with dry climate.

Always remember, always stick to natural products whenever you can. This is especially true if you treat the skin around your eyes. Always use a slight buffering motion when applying creams or products. Never pull or pull, or even scrub vigorously around this area. This will help prevent premature aging and damage to the skin and help keep your appearance young, always.
