Cook the perfect Christmas cake


A Christmas cake is actually any type of fruit cake served during the Christmas season in many countries of the world. You should also maintain a constant temperature while baking the cake. This is necessary to ensure even cooking, not to mention a nice browning of the cake crust. Of course, it is also important to anticipate the period during which you will be serving your Christmas cake. Many bakers will start preparing their fruit cakes as early as the month of October, although some cakes may require preparation in as little as a week before Christmas Eve.
