We read several beauty rules, but only a few are worth keeping. Here are some tips that every teen should know.
o Jump the foundations if your skin is prone to acne. Foundation can cover your natural beauty and can sometimes make you look older than you actually are. Leave the foundations for mature skin.
o Cover imperfections with a concealer. This is the best bet for skin prone to acne. Follow it with a pressed powder; it gives your skin a fresh glow.
o When it comes to makeup, less is always more. No matter how old you are, too much makeup can make you look old-fashioned.
o Play your lips or your eyes, but never both. If you prefer to make a heavy eye makeup, keep your lips simple with a little shine. Alternatively, if you wear a strong shade of lipstick, keep your eyes simple.
o The scrubs are excellent, especially for dry skin. But be sure to stain a thick moisturizer afterwards.
o Never ignore the wonders of sunscreen. Whether you are indoors or outdoors, be sure to always wear sunscreen.
o Diapers look chic on all types of hair; curly, straight or wavy. It can make fine hair appear bulky or curly hair seem manageable.
o When you are still a teenager, it is not essential that you have a manicure or a pedicure done regularly. Just make sure you keep them clean and the same length.
o If your skin is acne or pimple plum, visit a dermatologist. Look for a reputable doctor and get your skin tested as soon as possible. It's the best investment you'll ever make.
o Finally, know your best feature and play it. We all have at least one key feature that really stands out: find yours and make it work for you.
