Hair loss is a problem that has become a worldwide phenomenon in modern times. The reason for such a drastic increase in this problem is multiple.

a. Stress and tension of modern life: – Unlike in the past, stress is more important in today's life. The tension causes hair loss. In addition to the courses offered by many beauty salons, people do not have the time to lavish hair care developed years ago.

b. Excessive use of chemicals such as in hair dyeing, dyeing etc.: – With the passage of time instead of using the proven and proven method of using herbs, the people are running for short-term treatment. They are on the lookout for more results in less time and thus undergo many capsule treatments. Most of them use chemical components, which can cause allergies in some people. In addition, the intensive use of chemicals can harm the hair. It is said that if the chlorine water is used to wash the hair, then we must wash it again with drinking water in order to wash the residue. Many people going to a particular city complain of hairballs because of chlorinated water. Chemicals used for coloring, dyeing, etc. play a key role in hair loss

c. Diseases such as anemia, allopaxis, etc. are also the cause of hair loss. Apart from these, the constant use of drugs in many serious conditions also causes hair loss. After the operation, some people complain about hair loss.

d. Hereditary: – This is also a main factor. Nothing can be done for hereditary baldness. To a certain extent, a treatment can be provided for hair loss. But if the problem is hereditary then the chances of hair growth on a large scale are negligible.

e. Carefree: – Neglect also causes hair loss. Tying the hair for several days without combing properly, bathing in hot water can cause hair loss. In addition, if they are left without appropriate oil application, the locks of hair become dry and there is often a risk of hair breakage. Tying wet hair can cause broken ends.

These are just some of the reasons for hair loss. Now we can consider the main remedies for this problem.

Previously, people had dark hair, shiny and plentiful because they had the habit of pampering the hair a lot. In this modern life people can overcome the problem of hair loss and can have good hair while they spare a little time for their care. The application of a mild, slightly heated oil, and massage all over the scalp through a slight movement of the finger improves blood supply and improves hair growth. In addition, instead of using a shampoo and other chemicals, it is often advisable to use herbal concotions, which are really good for the hair. These products are available on the market. Ayurveda offers a lot of such good medicines for this problem. Henna is a good conditioner. Include healthy foods in the diet. Instead of using the hair dryer, we can use medicated vapors that will help dry the air naturally and will have no side effects. Our grandmothers are all very particular about it. Including fresh leafy vegetables and lots of water is also advisable. Amla is good for the hair. Honey can also be used to wash the hair. Kanhunni is a plant that helps hair growth. There are many oils in Ayurveda, which uses this plant. Appropriate care is also needed. Washing the hair daily reduces the build-up of dirt and grime in the hair. Once the hair is dry, gently comb the hair. It is good to pass the comb through the scalp without having knots.
