No More Acne The Natural Way

4. Drink 8-10 glasses of water every day. The cause of your acne problems can come from toxins accumulated in your system. Drinking plenty of water can dramatically help flush those harmful toxins out of your body and can help to have clear skin.

5. Do not put a lot of products on your face and avoid heavy makeup. This can clog your pores and cause skin breaks.

6. Have enough hours of sleep and rest. 6-8 hours of sleep is recommended to keep your skin rejuvenated.

7. To prevent acne scars, do not sting or pinch your pimples and acne. This can cause skin lesions such as keloids, atrophic scars and depressed fibrotic scars, all of which are very difficult to treat.

8. Change your pillow cases, sheets and towels as often as possible because they are materials that can easily attract dirt, dust and other impurities and they often come in contact with your skin.
