Skin Routine to Fight Acne

There are three basic steps in your journey to fight acne. Here are the most important steps in the skin care routine you need to know:

1. Wash your face with a facial cleanser or mousse. – This step is really important to help you fight acne. When you wash your face with a good facial cleanser or foam, you can get rid of all the dirt, dust, grime and marine residue that accumulates throughout the day. There are other facial cleansers and foams that contain pearls. These types of facial cleansers that have pearls are not recommended to use every day. The beads in these facial cleansers serve as a scrub that exfoliates your skin. Exfoliating makes your skin similar to polishing your skin to get rid of dead skin cells. So, if you exfoliate daily using facial cleansers with pearls, you can hurt your injured skin. It is best to wash your face twice a day. Once you wake up in the morning and wash your face again before going to bed at night.

Do you know how to wash your face well to fight acne? Here's how you do it. First, splash and rinse your face with cold water. Second, put a quantity of your facial cleanser on your fingers and lather by rubbing your fingers together. Do not use your palms to massage your facial cleanser on your face. Just use your fingertips to gently massage and pat the facial cleanser to make sure your face is clean. If you have acne, this will not be of any use if you rub your acne with pressure using the palms of your hand. Do not let the face wash stay on your face for more than 2 minutes. Your skin will be dry and dull if you let the facial cleanser stay long on your face. And finally, rinse your face with cold water. Make sure your face is clean and free of facial wash residue. Rinse at least twice.

2. Use a soft toner. Get a toner that does not contain too much alcohol to make sure it will be gentle on your skin. After cleaning your face, the use of a mild toner will be helpful in meeting your skin's specific needs in the fight against acne. Most toners ensure that your pores will be minimized. The task of the toner is also to prepare your skin for the last step of your skin care routine.

3. Use a moisturizer. The best moisturizer for your skin does not make your face too greasy and it ensures that your skin is even hydrated everywhere. By knowing your skin type, it will be easy for you to find the best moisturizer for you.

The essential thing is to religiously remember your skin care routine. You must also have enough patience to use the products to fight acne. Other skin care routines have more than 3 steps, but you need to make sure you do not put too many different products on your face.
