Skincare Tips for "All Skin Types"

These tips all around are for everyone! It does not matter if you have oily skin, dry skin, combination skin, normal skin or even sensitive skin; all these tips will work for you.

To minimize wrinkles, sleep on your back. When you sleep on your back, the effect of gravity on your skin is minimal. Plus, when your face is pressed against a pillow, you wake up more pockets.

Do not go out without sunscreen, even if it's for a short period of time, or a cloudy day. It's the best thing you can do to prevent wrinkles.

If your skin tends to burst or have bumps, it could be your detergent. Try to use without dyes or perfumes.

Whatever your skin type, the best cleanser is one that is soluble in water. For it to be really soluble in water, it should be able to be easily removed by splashing, and not wiped with a wash cloth. Washing clothes may cause skin irritation. It must not leave any greasy residue, cause irritation or dryness, or burn the eyes.

To refresh your face after a long day, spray mineral water on it. You can also use a light spritz to define your makeup.

Warm skin absorbs the ingredients of your products better. Make sure your skin is not cold. If so, apply a warm towel to your face.

If you are using an alpha-hydroxy acid, let it dry completely before applying a moisturizer. This will maximize the effectiveness of the AHA.

Be careful not to use an exfoliant or scrub to often. This can cause irritation. For dry skin, 1-2 times a week is enough. For oily skin, 2-3 times a week is heckling.

All makeup lasts longer and looks better if you apply it on slightly damp skin. The dry plates modify the distribution of the pigments. Before applying the base, spray your face with water and pat with a tissue. You want it to be slightly damp, not soaked.

My last advice and I feel the most important advice:
What you do today to take care of your skin will determine how healthy and young it will be in five and ten years .
