Also make sure you have a large amount of water that could help eliminate toxic waste. Take a bath or wash your face after each exercise. This will help prevent clogging of the pores.

Diet
Your diet is an extremely important factor in the control of acne and skin care. Do not eat too much junk food and greasy food. Drink lots of water and always have fresh fruits and vegetables.
