Your most valuable relationship

How many people do you meet in a lifetime?

It's a huge number, no matter what. A city worthy of people whose lives cross yours. A civilization with you as a common factor.

An Army, Even

Of all people in the world – all these potential relationships – who is most important to you?

Answer: you are. 19659002] It's nerdy, I know, but your relationship with you is really the most important. You have more impact, more meaning and more influence on you than anyone in your world.

When you trust yourself, your instincts are sharper. When you do not fight, you radiate serenity. Everything in your life is improved by relating with your own mind.

Yes, even more than anyone with "power" over you. Nobody has authority over you unless you accept it.

So, if you ever feel like you do not matter … trust me, you do. You are so precious to yourself. As a starting point, this is not bad.

But then what? How can we use this idea?

If you think of yourself as another relationship, it highlights some bad habits. The classic idea is that for many people, their inner dialogue is hard. It is much more cruel than anything they would say to anyone else

And if someone was talking to you that way – what would you think of it? 39; them?

Yeah, I would not like them either.

It's funny to think that we are like the others can inspire kindness and compassion towards oneself. And this idea goes a lot further.

If you had to close your eyes and direct your attention inward, what would happen? And if you reach out and ask if anyone was at home – who would answer?

Your unconscious mind loves symbols. It's the part of you that dreams, after all. If you ask him for a symbol, there is a good chance that he will provide one. If you ask if anyone is there, he can just answer. Sometimes it's immediate. Some people need practice. Stay with, however, and it will happen.

Your relationship with your inner spirit is like any other. Have you spent years encouraging each other, trusting and expressing gratitude? Or did you ignore each other for long periods, broken by hostility and complaints?

Do not worry if your inner spirit is … shall we say, "rude" to you. Can you blame him? Like all relationships, you can fix it.

Imagine a relationship broken by years of neglect. What would happen if you were calm, accepting and compassionate? And if you did that systematically? How will things improve if you make it clear that the relationship is important to you?

At first your unconscious might not be nice in return. Do not judge them for that – you'll behave the same way in their shoes.

Being always warm and kind will win no matter who. Once your unconscious mind knows that you will listen to it, it will start talking to you again. All your intuitions, intuitions and intuitions will come online with all the power.

You can not give any improvement to your mind.
